Our Service enables Customers to send automated phone calls to End Users based on parameters defined by the Customer. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis, accessible via the internet.

3. Registration and Account

  • Eligibility: To use the Service, you must register for an account and agree to these Terms. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

  • Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to telemarketing laws, data protection regulations, and any other relevant legislation.
  • Restrictions: You may not use the Service to send unsolicited calls (spam), engage in illegal activities, or infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: The pricing for the Service is defined on a separate pricing page accessible on our website. Prices are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review the pricing page regularly.
  • Billing: Billing is done on a monthly basis and is calculated based on your usage of the Service as defined in the pricing section. You will be billed automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Payment: Payments must be made via the payment methods specified during registration. Failure to pay timely may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or failure to make payment.

  • Data Usage: By using the Service, you grant us the right to collect and use data generated through your use of the Service for operational and analytical purposes, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
