By default we do not calculate any costs for a 'active' environment. If you have used any of the billable elements of the platform within the invoicing period a €25,- fee for platform usage will be invoiced. This fee is used to cover the operating and upkeep costs of the platform.

When creating a Dynamic Dialer task some 'design' modules generate usage which comes at a cost described below.
The following usage is calculated upon execution of a task: When configuring a 'Custom registrations (BYOT)' as context for creating a outbound phone call a flat fee of €0,000224 is calculated for every dialing second with a minimum of 60 seconds. When using the 'Default' configured as context the call is routed over Avenxo Public PSTN, the prices per destination are listed under 'Dynamic Dialer (Destinations)' section. A minimum of €0,01 is calculated per usage.
The following usage is calculated upon creation of a task: The following prices are the costs of using the Text to Speech module, for every byte entered in the design or send as variable to the API as value to be transformed to speech (including SSML tags) usage is calculated upon pre-processing. These costs will be billed also if the call fails for any reason.
